These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by BEWAY WELLNESS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Beway Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") through our e-commerce website ("Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Site.

1. Account Registration

1.1. In order to access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2. Product Listings and Orders

2.1. All products listed on the Site are subject to availability.

2.2. By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated.

3.2. Payment for all orders must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3. Beway Wellness reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the Site at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping and delivery of products will be governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4.2.. The estimated time it takes 4 or 5 days for the products to be delivered after the order has been placed.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Refunds
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Beway Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or prepare derivative works based upon, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any portion of the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Beway Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of goodwill arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. Beway Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
